We are a 40+ year-old structural consultancy firm based in Kochi, providing structural engineering consultancy and project-related services across a wide range of developments.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent prospect for fresh graduates and Civil Engineers with up to 2 years of experience to build strong exposure to structural consultancy, project coordination, documentation, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily project reviews and track ongoing activities.
Coordinate and follow up with project teams and clients through calls and other communication channels.
Prepare and coordinate offers and quotations.
Prepare and maintain client reports.




Update and maintain the project register.
Assist with tender documentation and related coordination.
Check hours, project costs, and timesheets.
Assist in the preparation of stability certificates.
Attend and respond to client calls regarding ongoing projects.
Check, organize, and maintain project-related emails and records.
Monitor and track project-related calls and follow-ups.
Coordinate GFC (Positive for Construction) drawing transmittals.
Participate in and coordinate project review meetings.
Maintain proper project documentation and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
