About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Product & Training Manager to manage our cybersecurity courses, training programs, and learning products. The role involves coordinating with trainers, students, content developers, and technical teams to ensure smooth course delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage courses, certifications, workshops, and training batches.
Plan class schedules and coordinate with trainers.
Coordinate the development of presentations, handbooks, practical labs, and assessments.
Manage course content, student access, and updates on the SkillTrack portal.
Track product development tasks, deadlines, and course launches.
Handle student queries, collect feedback, and coordinate issue resolution.
Review training quality and recommend improvements.
Support sales and marketing teams with accurate course information.




Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training records.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; IT or cybersecurity background preferred.
1.5–2 years of experience in training coordination, course management, or product operations.
Valuable communication, planning, and team coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and learning management systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity courses is an advantage.
