Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day marketing activities.
Promote company products and services.
Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.
Assist with online and offline marketing activities.
Manage and update product information on Amazon.
Prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
Maintain documents and records using MS Word.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team.
Support the team in achieving marketing goals.
Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Basic knowledge of Amazon
Positive communication skills
Fluent in English
Good customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
