Supervisor – CNC Grinder

Location: SEZ, Mahindra, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per Month

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical

We are looking for an experienced CNC Grinder Supervisor to supervise CNC grinding operations, machine setting, production activities, and ensure quality and productivity targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage CNC grinding machine operations.

Perform CNC machine setting and ensure proper machine setup.

Monitor production activities and achieve daily production targets.

Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.

Troubleshoot basic machine and process-related issues.

Coordinate with production and quality teams.





Ensure proper implementation of safety and workplace procedures.

Required Skills

Robust knowledge of CNC machine setting.

Experience in CNC grinding operations.

Good understanding of production and quality requirements.

Ability to handle a production team effectively.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
