Identify and generate recent business prospects for scaffolding and formwork rental.
Identify potential customers such as contractors, builders, infrastructure companies and construction projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer project requirements, rental duration and material requirements.
Prepare and share rental quotations based on approved company pricing.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending rental orders.
Coordinate with Stores, Operations and Dispatch regarding material availability and delivery.
Coordinate with customers regarding material dispatch, return and rental extensions.
Follow up on rental renewals/extensions and pending payments.
Conduct customer and market visits as required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, quotations, rental orders and customer follow-ups.
Update sales activities in Excel/CRM/FMS as required.
Achieve assigned sales and rental targets.
Monitor market opportunities and competitor activities and share relevant feedback with management.
Handle customer queries and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
