Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads and connect with potential property buyers.
Explain property projects, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients.
Arrange and conduct property site visits.
Follow up with prospective customers and build strong client relationships.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain lead records.
Requirements:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Experience in real estate sales or property dealing is preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
