Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
Assist users with day-to-day IT queries and ensure timely resolution
Support basic network infrastructure and connectivity issues
Coordinate with vendors or senior IT team members for escalations
IT support to be provided to all Kerala Resorts of Karma Group.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
