Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers in a skilled and friendly manner.
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
Schedule and manage customer appointments.
Maintain customer records and appointment details.
Coordinate with doctors, consultants, therapists, and other team members.
Follow up with customers regarding appointments and visits.
Explain basic information about hair and skin care services.
Manage reception and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks when required.
Maintain daily reports and records.
Support the team in achieving customer service and business targets.
Requirements
Malayalam communication is mandatory.
English communication is preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good customer-handling skills.
Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, salon, beauty, healthcare, or front-office role is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
