Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller with 0–5 years of experience to handle customer calls, enquiries, lead follow-ups, and appointment scheduling. The candidate should have good communication skills, a polite and professional manner, and the ability to handle customers effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day office administration and general office coordination.
Manage incoming calls, customer enquiries, messages, and basic office communication.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and generate recent leads.
Understand customer requirements and explain the company’s interior, furniture, construction, and related services.
Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers regularly.
Schedule client appointments, meetings, site visits, and follow-up calls.
Maintain customer details, lead records, call reports, follow-up status, and sales information.
Coordinate with the design, sales, and site teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
Assist in preparing basic quotations, proposals, documents, and customer-related records.
Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.




Support the sales team in converting enquiries into confirmed projects.
Maintain regular follow-ups until the enquiry reaches the next stage or project confirmation.
Assist with daily office activities, documentation, filing, and administrative coordination.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, lead generation, and sales targets.
Maintain positive customer relationships and support repeat business and referrals.

Eligibility
0–5 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
Languages: Tamil & English – Must.
Any Graduate.
Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are preferred.

Salary & Benefits
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
PF + ESI.
Performance-based incentives.
Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
