We are hiring an Accountant for a Chartered Accountancy firm. The candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience and working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts and record daily transactions.
Prepare sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.
Assist with GST calculations, return preparation and filing.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions and return preparation.
Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliations.
Maintain supporting documents and assist with audits and finalisation of accounts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
B.Com or a relevant qualification in accounting/finance.
Schooling from the CBSE board is required.
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Proficiency in Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Previous experience with a CA firm preferred.
