Job Summary
We are looking for skilled and creative Architects with experience in planning, designing, and construction-related activities. Candidates should have solid knowledge of architectural design and be comfortable working with the latest design software.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and design architectural projects as per project requirements.
Prepare and develop architectural drawings, layouts, and designs.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Monitor and coordinate construction activities to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Review drawings and provide design inputs and technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
Stay updated with the latest architectural software, tools, and design trends.
Be willing to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
Key Requirements
3+ / 5+ / 8+ years of relevant experience in Architecture and Planning & Design.
Robust experience in planning and designing; liaisoning experience is not required.
Positive exposure to construction activities and site coordination.
Proficiency in relevant architectural/design software.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates residing on the Central Line or in Navi Mumbai are preferred, considering travel convenience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
