Sales Development Representative

Location: Greater Noida | Work From Office
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month + Food + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to take ownership of sales, candidate counselling and conversions across Kareer Coach’s international career and language programs.

What You’ll Do
Handle leads, counselling and follow-ups from enquiry to conversion.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Conduct webinars and seminars independently.
Present Kareer Coach’s programs confidently to candidates and parents.
Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups in the CRM.
Create sales/educational content under the guidance of the marketing team.
Represent Kareer Coach at events and other candidate-facing activities.

What We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of sales/business development experience.




Solid communication, counselling and presentation skills.
Comfortable speaking to groups and conducting webinars.
Target-driven, confident and accountable.
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating basic content.
Prior experience in education, recruitment, international careers or a similar industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
