We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities. You will manage workers and subcontractors, track site progress, ensure work quality, and guarantee execution strictly aligns with project drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily in office construction activities and direct site labor/subcontractors.
Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings to direct accurate site execution.
Inspect completed work (rebar, concrete, masonry, finishing) to maintain strict quality standards.
Track site materials, tools, and equipment to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
Enforce site safety rules, PPE usage, and proper hazard protocols.
Submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain worker attendance records.
Requirements
Education: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent practical field experience.
Experience: 3+ years as a Civil Site Supervisor or Site Foreman.
Skills: Solid drawing-interpretation skills, site management, worker coordination, and safety management.
Physical: Comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
