We are looking for a skilled and reliable Spray Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paints and coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishing according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and removing imperfections.
Mix paints, primers, thinners, and coatings according to required specifications.
Operate spray-painting equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect finished surfaces for defects such as runs, uneven coverage, dust, or color variations.
Perform touch-ups and rework where required.
Maintain spray guns, compressors, booths, and other painting equipment.
Follow workplace safety procedures and proper handling of paints and chemicals.
Keep the painting area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
Follow production schedules and complete work within required deadlines.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Spray Painter or similar role.
Positive knowledge of spray-painting techniques and surface preparation.
Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately.
Familiarity with spray guns, compressors, and painting equipment.
Positive attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform painting-related tasks.
