Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven, highly analytical, and creative Digital Marketing skilled to lead our online growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and pay-per-click (PPC) display advertising.
Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the performance of all campaigns against set KPIs, including ROI, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
Strategy & Growth: Brainstorm and execute new growth strategies through continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
Content & Brand Integrity:



Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints and collaborate with content creators for SEO-optimized materials.
Funnel Optimization: Evaluate the end-to-end customer journey, identify drop-off points, and optimize user funnels to increase landing page conversions.
Vendor Collaboration: Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelance contributors, and tech vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Digital Marketing certifications are a strong plus).
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing skilled digital marketing campaigns.
Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and keyword research.
Tools & Platforms: High familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and Content Management Systems (CMS).
Soft Skills: Solid data-driven analytical skills, creative out-of-the-box thinking, excellent written communication, and cross-functional project management skills and CRM skills.
