Job Responsibilities
Design and analyze structural works for road and building projects.
Prepare structural drawings, design calculations, and technical documents.
Assist in the design of RCC and steel structures.
Work on structural components such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls, culverts, and other road-related structures.
Review structural drawings and ensure proper execution at site.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor structural works.
Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, contractors, and site teams.
Identify and resolve structural and construction-related issues.
Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Prepare site reports, inspection reports, and other technical documentation.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in road and building construction projects.
Good knowledge of RCC, steel structures, foundations,



and structural detailing.
Knowledge of road structures, culverts, retaining walls, and drainage structures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of STAAD.Pro / ETABS is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of relevant IS Codes and construction standards.
Strong drawing-reading and site supervision skills.
Valuable problem-solving and technical coordination skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
