We are hiring Security Guard Supervisors for our site in Asansol, West Bengal. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising security guards, managing daily duty schedules, checking attendance, maintaining discipline, monitoring entry and exit points, handling visitors and vehicles, and maintaining daily security reports.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage security guards. Prepare and manage daily duty schedules. Monitor attendance, punctuality and discipline. Ensure proper security at the assigned site. Maintain security registers and daily reports. Monitor entry and exit of visitors and vehicles. Handle security incidents and emergencies. Coordinate with site management. Ensure guards follow all site safety and security procedures. Requirements: Security/supervisor experience preferred. Valuable communication and leadership skills. Responsible, alert and disciplined. Ability to manage a team. Willing to work 12-hour shifts. Job Location: Puruliya,West Bengal

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
