Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries for domestic & international tour packages.
Understand client requirements, budget, travel dates, and preferences.
Prepare and share customized tour packages and quotations.
Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into bookings.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other vendors.
Maintain regular communication with clients before and after booking.
Achieve monthly sales targets and generate recent business.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, and bookings.
Upsell additional services such as flights, hotels, transfers, visas, etc.
Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
