Accountant

Location: Surat, Gujarat

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, invoicing, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting and be comfortable working with Tally and Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounts and financial records.
Handle sales and purchase entries.
Manage invoices, bills, receipts, and payments.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
Manage GST-related accounting and documentation.
Assist with monthly financial reports and closing activities.
Maintain accurate records of expenses and transactions.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding accounts.
Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
Support the management with basic financial reports and accounting information.

Requirements
Previous experience as an Accountant is preferred.




Valuable knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST and Indian accounting practices.
Good knowledge of bookkeeping and reconciliation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
B.Com / M.Com / equivalent accounting qualification preferred.
Freshers with relevant accounting knowledge may also apply.
