Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.
Resolve complaints and issues within defined timelines.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure customer issues are closed effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Technical, and other departments as required.
Follow company processes, service standards, and escalation procedures.
Identify recurring customer issues and highlight them to the concerned team.
Maintain qualified and courteous communication with customers.
Meet defined response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction targets.
