Position: Security Officer
Location: Residential Apartment

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor the overall security of the apartment premises.
Manage security guards and allocate daily duties and shifts.
Monitor visitor, resident and vehicle entry/exit.
Ensure proper security procedures are followed at all times.
Conduct regular security rounds and inspections of the premises.
Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities.
Handle security incidents, emergencies and complaints promptly.
Maintain security registers, visitor records, vehicle records and daily reports.
Coordinate with the apartment association/management and residents when required.
Ensure proper access control and prevent unauthorized entry.
Check attendance, grooming, uniforms and discipline of security staff.
Coordinate with fire & safety and maintenance teams during emergencies.




Prepare and submit daily/shift security reports to the management.
Ensure all security staff follow site rules, SOPs and client instructions.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Security Officer/Security Supervisor in an apartment or residential property is preferred.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of security procedures, access control and emergency response.
Ability to manage and supervise security personnel.
Must be alert, responsible, disciplined and skilled.
Willingness to work in shifts as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Virugambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
