Work Experience

Compliance and audit support
Process improvement and automation
Payroll and compensation process support
Incentive and benefits administration

Qualification:
Total Rewards operations experience of 6 month to 1 year.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field

Preferred: Experience with HRIS tools such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
