Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
Screen resumes and coordinate with candidates.
Support onboarding and maintain employee records.
Help with day-to-day HR and office operations.

Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
Freshers and students pursuing HR/MBA/related courses can apply.
