Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO, email, and performance advertising. Your goal will be to grow brand awareness, drive targeted traffic, and generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
SEO & Content Strategy: Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic ranking and drive qualified website traffic.
Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X.
Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize PPC and social media ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to maximize ROI and lower acquisition costs.
Email Marketing: Design and deploy segmented email campaigns, newsletters, and automated lead-nurturing workflows.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Brand & Website Maintenance:



Collaborate with designers and web developers to optimize user experience, landing pages, and conversion rates.
Training & Development: Mentor and train industrial training students, guiding them through real-world digital marketing campaigns and industry best practices.

Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
Content & Tools: Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) and familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress) and email tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Analytical Skills: Solid ability to interpret data, identify trends, and refine strategies based on metric analysis.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a robust eye for detail.

Education & Background
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
