Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & MIS Executive with CA Inter qualification and good knowledge of invoicing, E-Way Bills, sales reporting, and MIS dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process Sales Invoices, Debit/Credit Notes and related documents.
Generate and manage E-Way Bills and ensure accuracy of required details.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards related to sales, billing and collections.
Maintain and update sales and invoice data in Excel/ERP systems.
Reconcile sales invoices with dispatch and accounting records.
Track sales, billing, pending invoices and other relevant business data.
Prepare Excel dashboards, summaries, Pivot Tables and reports for management review.
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Stores and Accounts teams for accurate and timely reporting.
Ensure proper documentation and support for GST and statutory requirements.
Assist the Accounts team in other reporting and accounting activities as required.
Required Skills
CA Inter / CA Intermediate qualification is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and dashboards.
Positive knowledge of E-Way Bills and GST invoicing.
Ability to prepare and analyze sales/MIS reports.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of ERP/accounting software is preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
