We are looking for a Coffee Maker / South Indian Filter Coffee Maker to join our restaurant team at Karnataka Tiffin Room (KTR), Versova.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare authentic South Indian filter coffee with consistent taste and quality.
Prepare cold coffee, and other beverages as required.
Maintain the coffee/beverage station clean and organized.
Ensure proper hygiene and food safety standards.
Maintain adequate stock of coffee powder, milk, sugar, cups, and other supplies.
Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and restaurant SOPs.
Ensure beverages are prepared and served quickly during busy hours.
Minimize wastage and maintain proper inventory control.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team.
Clean and maintain coffee-making equipment and utensils.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Coffee Maker,



Barista, or Beverage Maker preferred.
Experience making South Indian filter coffee is highly preferred.
Experience in a South Indian restaurant or café will be an advantage.
Positive knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
Punctual, hardworking, and reliable.
Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

1–3 years preferred.
Freshers with positive beverage-making skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
