SHRIJI ECOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced and hands-on Project Manager – Civil for its projects, initially based at Gurugram, Haryana. The candidate should be a B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 7–12 years of practical site execution experience, particularly in RCC buildings, basements, water-retaining structures and construction of STP/WTP civil structures. The candidate must be capable of independently handling projects from drawings and BOQ through mobilisation, setting-out, RCC execution, finishing and handover, with robust knowledge of structural/GFC drawings, quantity take-off, BOQ and estimation, BBS, reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, RMC/concreting, Auto Level and RL calculations, measurements and RA billing, project planning, manpower/subcontractor management, procurement, QA/QC, cost control and client/consultant coordination.



Prior hands-on experience in execution/construction of STP structures, including RCC tanks, raft/base slabs, RCC walls, construction joints, waterstops, puddle flanges, pipe penetrations and waterproofing, is preferred. The candidate should be willing to work at project sites as well as undertake technical/estimation work from the Delhi office and travel to other project locations when required. Immediate/early joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
