Location: Sector 63, Noida | WFO
Experience: 1–3 Years (freshers are not eligible)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, sales, and business growth in the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms, referrals, and other channels.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Conduct client meetings and present digital marketing solutions, proposals, and pitches.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Negotiate and close deals while achieving sales targets.
Maintain lead and client databases and track sales performance.
Research market trends and competitors to identify recent opportunities.
Prepare regular sales and business development reports.





Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Agency experience is a must.
1+ years of B2B sales/business development experience in the digital marketing industry.
Robust understanding of services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Web Development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
Results-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
