Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the resort.
Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, online platforms and local promotions.
Manage social media pages and coordinate promotional content.
Build relationships with corporates, travel agencies, event planners and other potential clients.
Promote resort rooms, restaurants, events, weddings and other facilities.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to achieve business targets.
Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
Conduct market research and identify current business opportunities.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality/resort industry.
Positive communication, networking and presentation skills.
Knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
Target-oriented with valuable sales and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally for business development.
