Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, creativity, and visual communication, with the ability to create engaging designs for digital and marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Create creative and visually appealing designs for social media, digital marketing, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Develop graphics and creatives according to the company's branding and marketing requirements.
Design social media posts, reels covers, promotional creatives, and campaign materials.
Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand design requirements and deliver projects within deadlines.
Maintain consistency in brand colors, fonts, layouts, and overall visual identity.
Edit and enhance images, photographs, and other visual content when required.
Create multiple design concepts and make revisions based on feedback.
Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and creative techniques.
Organize and maintain design files and creative assets.

Required Skills




Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Valuable knowledge of Canva and/or Figma.
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and layout.
Positive photo editing and image manipulation skills.
Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Knowledge of AI-based design and creative tools is an advantage.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
A solid portfolio of previous design work is required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
