Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate sales, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads and close property deals.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, digital enquiries, and other channels.
Understand customers’ property requirements and recommend suitable projects/properties.
Conduct property/project site visits and provide detailed project information.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
Negotiate with clients and successfully close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, payment, and closing processes.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.




Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and recent developments in Greater Noida.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong knowledge of the Greater Noida real estate market preferred.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to handle clients professionally and build long-term relationships.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good follow-up and lead-management skills.
Comfortable conducting client meetings and property site visits.
Experience with CRM/sales management tools will be an advantage.
