Core Responsibilities
Machine Setup and Tooling: Select and load proper drill bits, secure workpieces, and align materials correctly before starting the job.
Programming and Operation: Input G-code or load pre-written programs, manage feed rates and speeds, and execute drilling cycles.
Quality Control and Inspection: Measure finished holes and parts using micrometers, calipers, or gauges to ensure they match blueprints and tight tolerances.
Troubleshooting and Adjustments: Monitor operations for errors, change worn-out tool inserts, and make offset or speed adjustments when deviations occur.
Maintenance and Safety: Clean the machine, check coolant and lubrication levels, transparent swarf/debris, and follow strict workplace safety guidelines.
Pay: ₹35,000.86 - ₹40,000.13 per month
