We are growing our local business network and are looking for an energetic Marketing & Sales Executive who can help onboard businesses and convert them into paid subscribers.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and approach local businesses across Ludhiana.
Contact business owners through phone calls, WhatsApp and in-person visits.
Explain iLoveLudhiana.com’s business listing and promotional plans.
Generate leads and convert them into paid subscribers.
Build and maintain relationships with local business owners.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline.
Visit local markets and commercial areas when required.
Collect business information, photos and other listing details from customers.
Work with the team to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Achieve monthly sales and subscription targets.
Provide regular reports on leads, calls, meetings and conversions.
What We Are Looking For
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development or telecalling.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
Comfortable speaking with business owners.
Confident,
energetic and target-oriented.
Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media.
Experience in local business sales will be an advantage.
Candidates who know the Ludhiana local market will be preferred.
