Job Summary:Darling’s Cafe is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing a kitchen, maintaining food quality, handling staff, and ensuring smooth service during busy hours.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily kitchen operations
Lead and supervise kitchen staff
Plan and maintain food quality and consistency
Manage food preparation, portions and presentation
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Monitor inventory and minimize wastage
Coordinate with service and bar teams
Handle busy service periods efficiently

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef
Solid knowledge of Indian and multi-cuisine food
Good team-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced bar/restaurant environment
Positive communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-timeExperience: 3+ years preferredSalary: Negotiable, based on experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
