We are looking for an experienced HR Manager – Admin & Payroll with experience in the Hospitality Industry to manage HR operations, payroll, administration, and employee-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Handle HR operations and administration for hotel/restaurant staff.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
Coordinate employee attendance, shifts, leave, and manpower requirements.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Maintain HR policies, records, and statutory documentation.
Coordinate with management and department heads regarding manpower and HR requirements.
Prepare HR reports and payroll-related MIS.




Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Ensure smooth HR operations across hospitality locations.

Requirements
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the Hospitality / Hotel / Restaurant industry.
Robust knowledge of Payroll, HR Administration, Attendance & Leave Management.
Experience handling hospitality employees and shift-based workforce will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and HR software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities independently.
Candidates with experience in hotel, restaurant, café, or hospitality operations will be preferred.

Work Arrangement

First 6 Months – Work From Home
Further work arrangement will be discussed based on business requirements.
