Join our US-based Legal Intake team as a Global Intake Specialist, supporting Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and Medical Malpractice case types for American clients. You'll be the first voice a caller hears — guiding them through a structured, compassionate intake process and setting the stage for their case.

This is a specialized international voice role based out of our Banjara Hills office, working US night hours.

What You'll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients in real time
Conduct structured intake interviews, collecting personal, case, and incident details
Ask clear, targeted questions to ensure accurate data capture
Log and update information in our case management system
Assess basic case eligibility and route qualified cases to the legal team
Support callers through sensitive, emotionally charged conversations with empathy and professionalism
Follow approved scripts and compliance procedures
Meet quality, accuracy, and call performance targets

What You Bring
2+ years of real-time international voice process experience (US/UK/AU/Canada campaigns)



— live call handling, not chat/email/back-office
Neutral to near-neutral accent with solid spoken English
Comfort with high call volumes without dropping quality or accuracy
Willingness to work Night Shift (US hours), in-person at our Banjara Hills office
