We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills and the ability to work closely with employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
● Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
● Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related queries.
● Support payroll processing and HR MIS/reporting.
● Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
● Conduct employee engagement activities and support grievance handling.
● Assist with performance appraisal and training initiatives.
● Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour regulations.
● Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
● Support other HR and administrative activities as required.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 1–4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
● Positive knowledge of HR processes and employment practices.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Valuable command of MS Office/Google Workspace.
● Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
