Create detailed 3D models, blueprints, and engineering plans using industry-standard CAD software.
Perform accurate structural, civil, or MEP engineering calculations to determine load capacities, material sizes, and system requirements.
Review architectural plans and coordinate with project managers, architects, and site engineers to resolve design discrepancies.
Ensure all designs adhere strictly to local zoning laws, environmental rules, and national building safety codes.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material specifications, and cost estimates for upcoming project phases.
Provide technical support and design clarifications to contractors and work crews actively operating on the construction site.
Modify existing designs to accommodate shifting site conditions or unforeseen engineering challenges.
Maintain thorough technical documentation, design reports, and revision logs for all assigned projects.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
