About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical integrity of our property. You are not just fixing things—you are preventing problems, leading a team, and ensuring guest safety behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise maintenance technicians and assign daily work orders.
Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
Manage preventative maintenance schedules and inventory.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and fire safety codes.
What We Require:
5+ years of maintenance experience,
with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is a major plus.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
On-call availability for emergencies.
