About the Role

Optorra, a growing multi-store optical brand, is looking for a customer-focused and experienced Sr. Executive - Optical Store for its Gandhinagar location.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2–3 years of experience in optical retail, eyewear, healthcare sales, pharmacy, wellness or a similar customer-facing sales role.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
Recommend suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses and related optical products.
Support customers in choosing products based on prescription, comfort, lifestyle and budget.
Convert customer enquiries and store visits into sales.
Maintain robust knowledge of frames, lenses, coatings and other optical products.
Coordinate with optometrists and internal teams for prescriptions and customer orders.
Manage billing, order documentation and basic store records.
Follow up with customers for order delivery and after-sales support.




Maintain attractive product displays and overall store presentation.
Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Support achievement of monthly store sales targets.

Candidate Profile
Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
2–3+ years of relevant sales experience.
Prior experience in optical stores / eyewear retail will be strongly preferred.
Candidates from healthcare, pharmacy, diagnostics, wellness or medical retail sales may also apply.
Valuable communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English preferred.
Presentable, confident and customer-oriented.
Good sales, relationship-building and customer-service skills.
Basic computer, billing and POS knowledge preferred.

Compensation

₹17,000-₹21,000 per month CTC, depending on experience and suitability.
