OB DESCRIPTION – AGENCY CHANNEL
Position: Relationship Manager / Agency Manager
Industry: Life Insurance
Channel: Agency
CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
Experience: 1+ year in Sales preferred
Preference: BFSI / Insurance Candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard and manage insurance advisors/agents.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing agents.
Motivate agents to achieve business and sales targets.
Generate recent business through the agency channel.
Conduct regular field visits and agent meetings.
Support agents in lead generation, customer acquisition and policy conversion.
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-up with agents and customers.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company guidelines.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
