Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a robust understanding of campaign performance and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Create and manage search, display, remarketing, and lead-generation campaigns.
Track conversions and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager,



and platform dashboards.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate with the SEO, Social Media, Content, and Design teams for campaign requirements.
Identify prospects to improve campaign performance and reduce unnecessary ad spend.
Conduct A/B testing of ads, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, and paid-media trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
