PROJECT COORDINATOR

Experience: 1–2 Years

What You’ll Do
Coordinate client work from brief to final submission
Receive and organize files, instructions & references
Create and manage tasks on Trello & ClickUp
Coordinate with TL and track production progress
Follow up on deadlines and pending work
Receive completed work and coordinate final QC
Submit approved work to clients
Manage client revisions through the production team
Keep project status updated in internal/client systems

Significant
Basic understanding of video production workflow




Robust coordination & organizational skills
Not responsible for creative decisions or pricing/negotiations
Trello, ClickUp, Slack & Google Drive experience preferred

Ideal Candidate
Someone proactive, highly organized and comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously, preferably from a creative, video or social-media agency.
