The ideal candidate will have 4 years in C++.
The candidate will have a solid grasp on using Visual Studio, and a solid understanding of object-oriented development.
Should be able to navigate and understand the code and from a large code base without any help or training.
ability to develop in a test-driven-design (TDD) type mentality would be beneficial.
