Qualifications
Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate candidates.
0–2 years of experience in the hospitality sector.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil, with qualified fluency in English.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and convert call in to booking.
Manage and respond to incoming service calls.
Demonstrate solid listening skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail.
Understand and evaluate customer needs to ensure their satisfaction.
Build lasting relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, reliable, and comprehensive information about our holiday homes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
