About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to expand our dealer and project network across India for premium imported automation brands.

Key Responsibilities
Generate B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, online directories, and exhibitions.
Identify, meet, and onboard new dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, and system integrators.
Travel across India for dealer meetings, project visits, product presentations, and business development.
Visit project sites, understand gate/site requirements, and recommend suitable automation solutions.
Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations and site requirements.




Follow up on leads, quotations, tenders, orders, and payment collections.
Maintain daily customer, lead, site, and sales data in CRM.

Requirements
2–6 years of B2B field/project sales experience.
Experience in building materials, ELV, automation, architectural hardware, or smart systems preferred.
Solid communication, networking, cold-calling, and negotiation skills.
Personal Bike/Car + Valid Driving Licence mandatory.
Willingness to travel city-to-city across India.
