We are looking for IT -Executive/Sr.Executive.

Responsibilities:

· Daily monitoring of servers and network, firewalls, end point security

· Heading the unit IT and team leading.

· Executing IT requirements from various business departments

· Administering Windows Server 2022 (Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, WDS, WSUS, printer pooling, Hyper-V, server backup, etc.).

· Configuring wireless routers and switches

· Providing technical support for desktops, LAN, and WAN troubleshooting.

· Configuring LAN ports.

· Wi-Fi Access management

· IT Support for CCTV Cameras

· IT tickets tracking and monitoring using ticketing tool

· Responsible for the Unit IT assets including hardware and licenses

· Creating Microsoft 365 mail accounts.

· Configuring intercom phones (IP phones and Analog phones).

· Resolving critical software and hardware issues.

· Administering computer-based tests.
