Job Summary:
We are looking for a agile Sales & Retention Agent responsible for driving sales while ensuring customer retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in voice-based processes and a strong ability to handle customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound calls to drive sales and retain existing customers
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions/products
Address customer concerns and resolve queries effectively
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and retention targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and/or retention (voice process)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
Ability to handle objections and retain customers
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
Self-motivated with target-driven approach
Additional Requirements:
Comfortable working in night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM)
Willing to work onsite during the training period
Ability to work independently in a remote setup post training
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
