Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide customers with accurate information about properties and projects.
Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, property type, and preferred configuration.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, offers, payment plans, and other relevant information.
Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic communication.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain lead engagement.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits with interested customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the sales or site team for lead follow-up and site visit management.
Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, site visit, and sales targets.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally and provide appropriate information.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads until conversion or closure.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups,



and site visits.
Maintain a qualified relationship with prospective and existing customers.
1–4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer handling.
Real estate industry experience is preferred.
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
