Experience Required

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Coder with 6months to 2 years of experience in medical coding, with strong coding experience to review medical documentation and assign accurate E&M;, ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of coding guidelines, documentation review, and compliance standards.

Candidate Requirement

Technical Skills Robust knowledge of Medical terminology Proficiency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS. Ability to interpret documentation for code assignment and modifier usage. Familiarity with payer rules, coding edits, and compliance standards. Core Competencies Accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills. Communication and query handling. Time management and productivity focus. Skilled ethics and confidentiality.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor degree of Life science graduation.

Technical Qualification

CPC, CCS, CIRCC or equivalent coding certification preferred.
